Terms and conditions

All prices calculated from base to base and exclusive of VAT.
Any excess charge over and above the time and mileage stated or quoted on any hire will be charged extra at current rates.
Car parking will be charged extra.
A surcharge of £5.00 per hour between midnight and 07:00hrs will be charged.
A meal allowance of £10.00 will be charged for each completed 8-hour period.
Gratuity will be charged.
35% surcharge for Public Holidays.
100% surcharge for Christmas and New Year’s Day.
A cancellation fee will be charged unless we are given 24 hours notice of the job being cancelled.
Chauffeur overnight expenses – rates available on request.

Account customers are invoiced and amounts outstanding settled within 30 days of receipt of invoice.
Non-account customers will be requested to provide credit card details as security until full payment is received.
Amex welcome.
